Cranio Treatment

The craniosacral therapy has its origins in the osteopathy. The cranium and the sacrum bones form the core of the craniosacral system which affects the whole
organism. With time two different approaches of work established themselves: on the one hand the biomechanical access which acts correcting on the pathology, on the other hand the biodynamical approach which focuses on health. Biodynamic work concentrates on the positive and supports the body’s own regulating power, which always strives for integrity. Cells renew themselves every day in a constant process in order to maintain this. This active force is known as the “Breath of Life”. This trust in the wisdom of life, sound anatomical knowledge and an open, attentive attitude form the foundation of my work. For me, everything in life is energy in different forms and frequencies. We have a physical body and an energy field. If those are balanced, we feel well. If those are imbalanced we experience symptoms which might be painful. Sentiments as anxiety, stress and inexplicable indispositions find fertile ground. Health challenges are usually an expression of blocked energy. Well-being and beauty need free flowing vibrant energy. In my treatments, we create a space in which this harmony can unfold. Through gentle touch self-healing powers can be activated and the relation to the inner self might be enhanced
